June 30, 2016: Clouds
Clouds live in the layer between the earth and the heavenly bodies. They elicit an awe in realism. A mock galaxy. An earthly milky way. Sometimes they fall to the ground, covering the landscape with a rolling fog. Other times they drift above, looking down from an attainable height – an airplane flows through. They can drift away entirely, leaving our eyes to the stars that reflect back onto us our very own past. The clouds shield and reveal.
