June 2, 2016: Purpose

All-Purpose shoes. All-Purpose education. All-Purpose relationship. All-Purpose outlook on life. Likewise: single-purpose shoe, single-purpose education, single-purpose relationship, narrow take on life. There are lots of paths in this world. Lots of views, lots of meanings. Why choose one? The choice between dedication to a single cause or a commitment to many causes is a false one. There is no bound to knowledge or truth. Know a lot about a lot, instead of settling with a lot about a little, or indeed a little about a lot. It is the tyranny of OR that challenges the possibilities of AND. After all, all is one.
